Maintenance


Yes. We have a highly skilled maintenance staff. We offer 24/7 maintenance emergency service.

We encourage our residents to place a work order through the online resident portal on our property website. You can also stop by the leasing office during business hours to place your work order.

All work orders are responded to within 24 hours, depending on the nature of the work order, we try to have all completed within 24 hours but some can take up to 72 hours to resolve.

No, you can provide us with permission to enter which will allow maintenance to complete your work order without you being present.

We do not service after-hours lockouts. If you are locked out during business hours, please visit the office with your photo ID.

You are allowed to decorate your new home. However, all modifications to the apartment will be charged at time of move out if not restored to the original condition.

EMERGENCIES: No electricity throughout the apartment; No water throughout the apartment; No heating or air conditioning in severe weather conditions (Heat when temperature is below 45 degrees F. or less outside and an interior unit temperature of 65 degrees F. or below) (Air Conditioning when Exterior temp is over 85 degrees and unit interior will not cool below 80 degrees.); Refrigerator not cooling; Water coming into an apartment; The possibility of fire from electrical sparks; Toilet is not working in an apartment with only one bathroom; Situations where the resident’s safety is jeopardized (e.g., the apartment has been broken into and the locks or windows are damaged or there is standing ice in parking area, sidewalks, breezeways, or stairs.); Access gate not operating correctly.

Our pool hours are 7 am to 9 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

All apartment homes include a washer and dryer.

Yes, this is a pet friendly community.

$300 non-refundable pet fee, $25 pet screening fee, $40 monthly pet rent, 2 pet limit.

We love pets and welcome all cats and most dog breeds. All PEG Property Group communities abide by Breed Restrictions; Owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Pit Bull, German Shepard, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akitas, and Mastiffs. Others may be added. Owner may also restrict size and weight.

Yes, our community does have a pet park.

Our stainless appliances set include dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Dumpsters are located in the parking lot.

Moving boxes need to be broken down and can be disposed of in the dumpster areas.

Pest control can be scheduled by entering a work order. We also have the interior hallways and exterior perimeter of the building treated every month as a preventative measure.

The onsite staff will not accept packages on behalf of residents. There is a package locker in the clubhouse where all packages will be dropped.

Our fitness center is open 24/7 with controlled access.

Our fitness center has everything you need to stay in shape! We have free weights, treadmills, and an elliptical.

We do not allow private events in our public spaces.

No, there is no cost to take a tour. You will need to visit the property during business hours or you can call or email the leasing center to set up an appointment that works best for you.

We accept walk ins, but we prioritize prospects who book an appointment.

Our office is open 5 days a week and we have an open door policy. You can come meet our team at any time.

You can reserve your new home with a few easy steps. Visit our website> check out the "floorplans" tab> select your floorplan> select your unit #> and apply!

Application process can vary, but usually takes from 1-3 business days.

Fees and specials may vary daily. The security deposit is determined based on your background check. Contact the office for our daily price quote to learn more.

Yes, we require Renter's insurance with personal liability for $100,000 for the term of the lease.

No, we currently do not offer furnished apartments.

UTILITIES


No, utilities are not included in your rent amount.

At the time of move in you will be required to provide proof of an active gas and electric account. There is a separate charge for water, sewer, and trash that will be due with rent each month.

The property has been wired for high speed internet. Fees for internet are billed seperately and due with your monthly rent each month.

Occasional overnight guests are welcome. However, we do not allow guest to stay longer than 14 total nights per month.

No. A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.

No. Subleasing your apartment is not allowed. However, you are allowed to add a roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.

Our residential lease contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-day notice and paying a termination fee equal to one month's rent.
